Flat Bench Lying Leg Raises

1) Start laying face up on a flat bench, holding the bench with your hands at your sides.
2) Begin by bringing your legs from parallel to the ground, to as perpendicular as you can make them, keeping your legs straight.
3) When your legs are perpendicular to the ground, try adding a crunch to pick your butt up off the flat bench.
4) Slowly allow your butt to return to the bench, while keeping your legs straight, bring your legs back to parallel to the ground.
Notes:
The crunch in the middle of the exercise is optional, and gives your abs more resistance.
