One Arm Lat Pulls

LatsHow to Perform This Exericse:
1) Start in the seated position with a handle attached to a pulley above your head.
2) Begin by bringing the handle from palm facing outward position (Gripping away from you), to palm facing toward you at the end of the motion with your hand straight in from of your shoulder. You shoulder arch your upper back at the end of this exercise.
3) Slowly bring your arm back to the fully extended position with your palm facing outward, and shoulder as extended as possible.
Notes:
Arching your upper back is very important in order to get a full stretch and maximal use of this exercise.
