How to Perform This Exericse:

1) Start with your hands on the bars of the apparatus.  Keep your body as perpendicular to the floor as possible. Think about keeping over-top of your arms, rather than leaning into them.

2) A full extension upward, then downward as much as possible is one complete repetition.

Notes:
The further you lean forward with your chest pointed down, the more chest you will exercise, the more forward your chest points, the more triceps you will hit.
