AbdominalsHow to Perform This Exericse:
Single:
1) With a mat underneath, raise your feet off the ground in front of you, while keeping stable on your butt.
2) Begin with an appropriate weight ball on one side of your body, and transfer it to the other side of your body overtop of your abs.
3) Return to the original side by transferring it across your abs again. Keep your feet off the mat at all times.
With a Partner:
1) With a mat underneath, raise your feet off the ground in front of you, while keeping stable on your butt.
2) Begin with an appropriate weight ball on one side of your body, and transfer it to your partner by lifting it overtop of your abs and handing it to the partner in the same position.
3) Keep your feet hovering off the ground during the Exercise. Push your partner harder and make them get a great workout as well!
Notes: Do not excessively move your feet during this exercise, try to keep the ball under control as much as possible.
